Actiontiles weather not working
Dec 3, 2017 · SmartApps & Automations. I need a 7 or 10 day forecast to use as a media tile in ActionTiles, but haven’t been able to find one where I can use the html. Thsi is what I need but in 7 or 10 day. I can’t find it on that site, yet alone the one I have. This is 4 day. Synthesis (The Viking AKA "Holy Crap You're a Giant!") ActionTiles is compatible with most SmartThings and Hubitat compliant connected devices - Sensors, switches, outlets, thermostats, locks, etc. Unusual and custom device types may have limited control. Not all SmartThings or Hubitat features are integrated. Use the 14-day free trial to test all expected or desired functionality before purchasing ...Good luck -John. ActionTiles pulls the data from SmartThings and issues refresh command every 30 minutes. If SmartThings fails to update the weather data, there's nothing that could be done from the ActionTiles side of things. Since SmartThings no longer supports this device, the support in ActionTiles will be limited.

It looks like this is a problem again. My FireHD 10 (9th gen) updated itself to Fire OS 7.3.2.9 and I believe this triggered an issue again. Actiontiles just starts, shows the logo then crashes. Icon Effects: glow, fade (fade is the default for the Normal Intention in all Themes). Clock Tile: Option to hide AM/PM indicator. Media Tile implementation change.
Answer. Alex (ActionTiles) (Co-Founder) 1 year ago. While a SmartWeather Station Tiles is displayed, ActionTiles pulls the latest data from SmartThings every 30 minutes and issues the update command. If SmartThings fails to update or provide accurate data, there's nothing else that could be done from our side.This is a bigger issue. At least for me. Right now, 2 of my 4 Fire HD 8 tables are longer working with ActionTiles. ActionTiles was forced closed on 2 of my Fire HD 8 tablets. When clicking on the app to restart it, it acts as if it's going to open, and then immediately closes. Restarting does not help.I run actiontiles on 3 fire tablets throughout the house.I just changed my home wifi.I updated the wifi info on the tablets and everything works except 3 of the 4 media tiles.I went to my PC to update the media tiles, ...
